Annick's Bambi Stew
Annick made a very tasty venison stew for us one day, and here it is in her own words...

Annick's Venison Stew

Annick's best guess at how she makes her vension stew:

Ingredients
1kg bambi browned in butter then added bag of shallots tablespoon Flora's fancy salt and couple cloves garlic, bayleaf, splash soy sauce and tablespoon of oregano (I like it!).
Cooked for an hour and a half or was it 2, in pressure cooker, then added chunky cut 8 small potatoes, carrot, parsnip and red onion cooked until done about 40 mins I think...was soooo long ago.
