I love Curries me.
It obviously helps having grown up in Bradford surrounded by good curry shops, plus I made good use of my best friend Niel (yep, that's how it's spelled I spell it) in my first year of my first degree (attempt). His Dad was Indian, though oddly his Mum seemed to do all the Indian cooking, and I picked his brains out.
