And paid for.
So I figure I have a fair use right to reproduce here those recipes I've had a shot at, along with my personal commentary.
I encourage anyone who finds something here they like well enough to cook for themselves to buy the source book too.
There's nothing more satisfying than an extensive collection of cookbooks: great toilet reading.
